We use Australia Post for most of our deliveries. The turnaround time for most orders is between 2 to 7 working days. Please note that back-orders may take an additional 5 or more working days to arrive in stock. In such cases we will notify you via email of any delays and the estimated time of arrival.
Some of our live food products will be dispatched by Express Post (by default), please refer to the product description to confirm. The turnaround time for orders shipped by Express Post is normally between 1 to 4 working days and up to 7 working days for some remote locations. Please note these are only estimates, delays may sometimes occur and are subject to Australia Post Express Post terms of service and current delivery conditions to your area.
